Ammonia installation at van den Brink
Van den Brink BV is a service company consisting of a refrigeration and storage company and a packing station in ‘Goy (municipality of Houten) Van den Brink BV also has its own hard fruit growing company in Wijk bij Duurstede. Due to these 3 pillars, Van den Brink BV can offer a total package.
Van Soest
It all began in 1948 when sir van Soest senior started a cooling company for apples and peres in Kesteren. This turned out to be a solid base for future developments and the start of van Soest Chami-Mer. In 1989 the company started with freezing and processing champignons. In the following years the company expanded en built multiple halls and some new production lines. Anno 2017 Champi-Mer is processing 20th ton of champignons per hour and are the world leading company on deeply frozen champignons and other products with champignons.
Ammonia installation at Elburg Foods
Van Kempen Koudetechniek has implemented a central ammonia installation. This will be for the freezing tunnels. The first tunnel wil be ready in October 2019, the second one in June 2020 and there is a possibility to realize a third tunnel. The freezing capacity is 1350 kW, which means that Elburg Foods can produce and freeze 6000 kilograms of snack product per hour.
New installation for Van Blijderveen Fruit
Van Blijderveen Fruit is located in Ingen, a small town in the middle of The Netherlands. The region called 'De Betuwe', is known for its fertile area for fruit growers. The company is more than a decade active in the branch. The apples and pears who are on 65 hectares ground are not enough for the international market which they want to provide with quality fruit. That's why they have built a network of fruit growers and other businesses. Van Blijderveen Fruit delivers mostly hard fruit such as apples and pears. The fruit is of the highest quality and from lower classes. But in most occasions exactly what the client asks. In the summer season they deliver mostly fruit such as strawberries. Van Blijderveen Fruit has also their own transportation. After the harvest the fruit is getting cooled, sorted, packed and transported.
